1965  The Maréchal family acquires POITTEMILL. Through the impetus given by Jean-Marc Maréchal, the company develops new technologies which give it access to new industries, such as foodstuffs and chemicals.

1994  POITTEMILL acquires FORPLEX.

Nowadays, the group is run by the third generation of the Maréchal family.
